We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 5. Our oldest is 5 in November, our second is 2.5 and our youngest just turned six months.
My husband and I both work from home and need regular help on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the home. We have a family member who helps on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but every once and a while they are not able to watch children at all during the week on those weeks we would need someone throughout the entire week. Our oldest is in school every morning, so most of the time would be spent with our two youngest.
