Short shift once or twice a week for 1 year old baby

Hi! I am the mother of a beautiful 1 year old, Hazel. I live with her, my partner, my orange cat and my Bengal cat! Hazel is a great baby and her fur brothers are so sweet too.
I start work between 5-5:30, and my partner usually does not get home until a little after 8. I am looking for someone to watch Hazel from 4:45~8:15, including putting her to bed at 7:30.
