Full-time sitter for a 12 and 15-year-old girls for four weeks

We are a Mt Lebanon family who has a parent who will be rehabilitating from surgery for a few weeks.
We will need someone to shuttle our children to various activities, which are already set up for the summer. Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
The schedule will be full-time for 3 to 4 weeks.
