Nanny. engage with age appropriate activities. Prepare light meals/snacks and supervise feeding. Take on outings. Pick up/tiddy kids spaces.

Ideally looking for someone a few days a week (4-5 hours a day, Mon Tues). Possibly some Friday or Saturday evenings (ad hoc). Would only watch either 3yo or infant but rarely both. Most days would operate as mommy helper (go to the park or museum together.)
