Part-time sitter for a lovely 5-year old (family of 3)

Searching for a part-time sitter who can work weekends and occasional weekdays to babysit our 5-year old daughter. We live in Mt. Airy with walkable access to parks and playgrounds. Our needs:
- regular access to a car and valid drivers license is required. Occasional school/activity pick up and drop off.
- CPR/first aid training
- light help with meal prep, laundry, clean up
- managing play time, bath/bed time
-help with hair styling
-HW/tutoring
-Flexible/extended working hours
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Toilet training
- Light housekeeping
- Running errands
- Light laundry
- Tutoring
