The sitter needs to prepare meals and snacks, assist with bedtime routines, and support toilet training. A comfortable environment with pets is essential. The sitter must have their own car for transportation. Experience with learning pods and nanny shares is preferred. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with young children and creating a safe and stimulating environment.
