We are a busy family of 3 and have a friendly dog & a cuddly cat! We love to be in nature and get out in the community. Our 3y/o son is a rough and tumble little guy who loves to be silly and live life to the fullest. He is sweet, smart, and loves to do crafts and be creative.
We are looking for someone who loves to be hands on and is occasionally available on a short notice. Afternoon responsibilities may include preK pickup, afternoon snack, and other childcare duties. Evening duties may include dinner preparation, bathing, and bedtime routine. He is not yet potty trained so we also need someone who will be diligent with that.
We need someone with flexible availability for afternoon/evening care for appointments, preK pick up, date nights, and overtime at our own jobs. Some daytime availability is a plus but not mandatory.
We have found many tools that work for regulating our son’s behavior and emotional responses and need someone who will commit to staying consistent with our parenting.
