Part-time sitter for a full of life little boy

We are just your typical family, trying to navigate the day-to-day operations of life.
We currently need a sitter that is willing to worn withour son on his speech and be able to match his energy.
My fiancé has a set schedule; however, I work swing shifts on a 4 week rotation.
