My wife and I are looking for a trusted, loved-by-kids, reoccurring sitter. We have the sweetest 5yo boy and quite the cute and sassy 18month old baby girl (also expecting a baby boy in Sept.). When our shifts go as planned (we are both first-responders), we'll have a schedule provided to you prior to the beginning of every month. There is a chance that we get stuck working an incident late in our lines of work, so being flexible is a must. If there was a last minute change made, you'd know about it ASAP. While we anticipate hours close to what's listed here for May, we are going through a shift change in June and do not yet know what it will look like.
