We have an almost 2 yr old for whom we’re looking to find in (our) home care for a few hours each week to establish some consistency and trust for both our daughter and us. Sitter would ideally be available at least once or twice a week ideally in the evenings on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays but we may have opportunities for morning shifts or afternoon shifts well.

while we're getting to know each other we'd start with shorter shifts likely MWF mornings from 9:30-11:30, or WTF evenings from 4:30-7:30pm. It could be any combination of those days/times that work for you, we’d likely start out with 2-4 shifts a week and may increase it as time goes on and as we build trust and comfort. if we have you working during some naps we would expect additional responsibilities of light laundry, dishes or meal prep if you are not actively caring for and interacting with our daughter.
