My husband and I work from home and have a 1.5 year old son that we need care for M-F from 10:30am-2:30pm. We're looking for a long term sitter. We live near the Hillsboro airport, we will have all his meals prepared, we will change his diapers, his naps will be after 2:30 so we're just looking for someone to engage and play with him for four hours a day. I'm also expecting a second child this year, so we would prefer someone who is comfortable with watching 2 children at a time. For my son we're looking to pay a sitter around $18-$22/hr and when we start needing care for my second child, we would increase the pay to $30/hr.
