Hello! I have 3 daughters who are so fun and so busy. They are 6, 4 and 17 months old.
It would be so helpful to help with the nightly routine. This includes dinner, reading books, playing with the girls and changing the girls into pajamas and brushing teeth.
I am not quite sure about what week days but I envision twice a week. There may also be an opportunity for weekend hours so that I am able to run errands.
