Full time caregiver for a playful preschooler

We're a family of 3 with two parents working full time and one curious 4 year old.
We would like a caregiver for our son who can tailor the day to him and who has energy for lots of playing.
Our schedule varies slightly, and our son will go to preschool in the fall 3x a week for the morning. We would be happy to guarantee a certain number of hours per week, though.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
