  Hello, our current childcare option will be ending at the end of October and we are looking for a replacement. My husband and I both work, he is hybrid in office and home and I work from home full time as a mental health therapist. We have 3 kids, a 6year old son, 4 year old daughter and a 1 year old daughter. The oldest kids are in 1st grade and preschool until 3pm. We need assistance, mainly, with watching the 1 year old during the day while we are working but there may be overlap with the other two kids when they get home from school while we are working late.
