I seek a reliable babysitter for my elementary-aged child starting January 25, 2025, with a flexible start date. The caregiver will supervise, engage, and play with my child, ensuring safety and providing attentive care. Responsibilities include maintaining a bedtime and morning routine for long shifts, 13 hours average. The caregiver needs to be patient, structured, and proactive in creating a positive environment for my child to sleep while I work.
