Looking for in-home care for a 2 year old

Hi there! My husband and I both work from home, but would like some help in watching our 2 year old during the day, ideally 9-5 M-F. We have a fenced backyard, open floorplan living and kitchen area, backyard chickens, and ample toys/activities. We'd like someone energetic and willing to play, read, and have fun with our son.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
