Hi! We are a chaotic family of three (plus 2 dogs) that needs help with childcare for our son! both parents work the equivalent of two jobs each, and we often need help managing our lives with our four-year-old.

* be active with our kid
* must love crafts and little old lady dogs
* weekend care on a flexible schedule
* occasional care during the week as needed
* we are super open to a weekly schedule based on the caregivers availability
* connection/appreciation to the arts a bonus

We generally book a Saturday and or a Sunday care schedule based on the caregivers needs. Often times both parents need a sitter to take care of the kid while we go to work related projects both during the week and during the weekends.

This can also evolve into a traveling nanny situation with time and trust built.

A successful candidate for this position has all or most of the following qualities:
* is located in or within a reasonable distance of Akron
* is usually a college student (this is personal preference, but not required)
