First time parents, mom working from home 3 days a week, moving to full time next month. Needs help to be able to focus undivided attention on work for a chunk of time during the afternoons. She is 5 months old and very smiley, curious and active. Not yet on the move, as of now.
Be akin to a big sister to our daughter, play and give attention, keep safe. No screens. Focus is on the baby, if she is napping, just be available (can do homework during a nap, for example).
Schedule can be flexible, or same daily. Minimum of 3 hrs, if available for longer let's discuss. We have a cat and a dog, which the baby adores but must keep watch of their interactions. I will be at home, working, so looking for a pair of helping hands to play with my daughter while my husband is at the office.
