Family with 2 boys, one in 3rd grade one in nursery next by. Need afternoon pickups and Friday morning drop off

Monday: pick up and send older one to Taekwondo outside home.
Tuesday pick up and come home until mom is back.
Friday, morning drop-off, need to be at house around 8

School pick up at 2:45 for nursery school, 3 for elementary school.
Taekwondo on Monday is at 4pm, sitter should stay in the waiting room with younger one and take both kids back after the class
Morning drop off: before 8:30 for elementary, 9 for nursery.
