We are looking for a regular babysitter for two elementary-age children (10 & 7.5). The hours are 3:45p to 5:45p (Tues/Wed/Thurs). We need help bridging the gap from when the kids get home from school on the bus and when my wife is able to return home from her office.

Would be great if the sitter could prepare a snack, check with them on homework and help them get ready for their class (2 nights of the 3).

Experience with multiple children and good problem solving skills for when tempers flare. Must have their own car in case there is ever an emergency. Comfort with a small dog is required, though our puppy likely will not be home these days (Mini Schnauzer).
