Morning sitter and school drop off 5 weekdays and full days when school closed

Single father of one 8yr old daughter. We are in a new chapter of our lives and need help.
I need someone to be one time every day so I can leave for work.Start time would be 530am mon-fri. My daughter need to be woken up, make sure she gets ready, has all her items for school and then be taken to school for 7:45am (Driven or walked) school is 1 mile from home. Possible full days when school is not in session.
There may be days I would need an earlier start but would be planned in advance. Also all days school in not in session would need help for the full day from 530am till around 3-4pm.
