Sitter for bus pick up/school

Hello,
Looking for a sitter that can pick up my son from bus pick up stop or from school. The need would be for Monday, Thursday, Friday. Bus pick up time is usually 3:41 until about 5:30 that I get off.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Special needs experience
