Seeking a caring babysitter for our 3 year old. The job starts ASAP with somewhat flexible hours, usually from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 3:00-6:00PM-ish. An occasional post 8:00 PM shift would be great too, so preference to those with calm, patient bedtime experience. The babysitter engages the child in fun, creative activities and ensures a safe environment. Responsibilities can shift between engaged play and fostering independence/letting the child learn on his own. Ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, reliable, and have experience with young children (e.g. basic skills like minding choking and/or other hazards and exercising sound judgement outdoors).
