Part-time sitter, 10 hours a week, one afternoon and one evening

We're two first-time parents and with one beautiful 10 month old daughter
Need a sitter for ten hours a week for:
Monday or Wednesday, 12-5 PM - watch her, play with her, keep her occupied and put her down for her afternoon nap while we run errands and try to be adults.
Friday or Saturday evening, 6PM - 11 PM - help us with bathtime, putting her to sleep and watching her while we both leave for a date night.
We're located in the East Village, about 6 minutes from the 14th Street / 1st Ave L train stop.
