Hi! We’re a family of 3 with 1 daughter who’s 3.5 years old. We had a full time nanny her whole life, but she just started the 3K DOE program in September, and we’re looking for someone part-time to cover the after school hours Monday through Friday. We live in Midtown West.
We’re looking for someone extremely reliable to work 17 hrs/week, from 2:00-5:30, Monday through Friday. You would pick our daughter up after school (in Hell’s Kitchen), and take her to after school activities like the library, playground, play dates, Children’s Museum, come back to our house to play, etc. Outside of that, you would only be responsible for light laundry (just my daughter’s, 1x/week, in our building), and feeding a snack after school. We’re ideally looking for a 1 yr commitment.
We want to find someone who will stay with our family for at least this first year of school + summer… so looking for a 1 year commitment, ideally, through Sept. ‘25. Since we had a full time nanny, we have tons of activity ideas to provide you with in our neighborhood! Our daughter is super smart, outgoing, loves playing pretend, loves musicals, theater, & Disney. She’s super advanced for her age- holding full conversations at a 5 yr old level, and already reading 3-4 letter words.
