Afternoon/Evening sitter for First Grader

Family of 5 on the UWS. The eldest daughter is 6 going into first grade; the younger kids are 4 and 2.
Looking for Sitter to pick up eldest daughter from school on the UES and take her to after schools classes, and help with her homework/keep her occupied. Help prepare dinner in the evening.
She gets off of school at 3pm and on the days she takes the bus home, she is home by 3:20.
