Part time coverage for parents that are nurses

We are travel nurses with 2 boys. One is 9 and one is 7 months no medical issues. Also we have dogs all very nice !!
Mom and dad are both nurses , mom working day shift dad working night shift just need assistance with covering the transitions times for other parent to get home.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
