Part-time sitter for energetic and intelligent preschooler

In the apartment, we live with my older daughter (25 years old), housekeeper, and my son Joshua (4 years old)
I need the sitter to have experience in developing social- emotional skills. Experience in curbing inappropriate behavior and introducing my son to phonic awareness.
I live near Hell's Kitchen. The schedule can be flexible but I would like to keep a routine as much as possible. I will need your help for the month of July only .
