Hello,

We have three kids and a full time nanny, but starting in the fall, we will need more help in the afternoons! While our nanny focuses on the youngest (1), we will often need another babysitter to pick up the oldest (6) or middle (turning 4) at school, bring them somewhere, then come home. Ideally this person would then stay on to help with bed time (either with a parent or alone).
