My name is Melissa (husband: Eric) and I'm a first time mom getting ready to go back to work. Full disclosure, I'm anxious. I initially was thinking of putting my daughter (soon to be 5-months) in daycare, but now I think I'd prefer a fulltime sitter. Eric works from home and I will a few days a week.

I go back to work in July and would be open to exploring a few days a week to start, with the option of working with our family fulltime.

If this is something that works out, we'd likely look for a year-long situation.
