Looking for a permanent part time nanny for a Highly intellectual and articulate 8 year old and a Very self aware, physically Strong (walking/running) 1 year old. Both are girls and the 8 year old can be very helpful and hands on with the 1 year old.

ARRIVING ON TIME at 4:00am is a MUST! Arriving LATE, CALLING OUT or NOT showing up is NOT AN OPTION! The care needed is for the early week day morning hours 4:00am to 8:00am. I am looking for an authentic trustworthy fit not a temporary babysitter. If you are not due-diligent, honest, or organized with time please do not apply.

Duties: Wake the kids up to get ready for school and day care to be dropped off (Baby bag will be already pre packed, food for girls lunch pre prepped, clothes pre laid out). Diaper changing(s), prepare and give breakfast, get girls dressed make sure both children’s hygiene is up to par with parents standards (will discuss). Any items used are to be put away (example: dishes rinsed and placed in sink, pajamas placed in laundry room appropriate hampers) Drop off baby to daycare FIRST by 7:30am then drop off 8 year old to school by 8:00am.

Residence is a secure (concierge monitored) sky rise luxury apartment building. Both drop off locations are close in proximity to our home with in town.

Just to reiterate; Calling out is not an option. Arriving late is not an option. Consistency, Reliability and Routine is key! Cleanliness, kindness and safety is also key to the trustworthy credibility of character we require.
