We just welcomed our fourth baby at the end of November and are still adjusting to operating as a family of six! We could use an extra set of hands and eyes as we try to get everyone to sleep. We have a 6.5 year old girl and three young boys. They are all very playful and energetic.

I am looking for a mother's helper to work alongside me and/or my husband to assist with the evening/bedtime routine on school nights. This may look like tending to the infant while we put our bigger kids to sleep, or winding down and reading books to the other kids while I nurse the baby.
