Babysitter Needed for 3yr old Toddler (Long Island City)

We are looking for a babysitter to care for our preschool-aged child starting early January. The schedule is flexible, with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM as well as occasional nights and weekends. We are looking for someone who has experience with special needs as our little girl is autistic and delayed with speech.
