We are a growing family of 4 (soon to be 5!) looking for a kind, reliable & responsible family helper. Our two daughters, ages 9 (4th gr) and 5 (Kindergarten), are best friends who love to play, make art, and explore our neighborhood. A baby will be joining us in March! Both parents work full time but mom works from home and is generally available to assist as needed. Located in Long Island City, 1 block from Vernon/Jackson 7 train stop.
Tasks include: bus stop pick up; take the girls to and from after-school activities every day; prepare snacks; assist with homework. If schedule allows, we would like help with light housekeeping: laundry, straightening toys, meal prep, etc. as possible.
Ideal schedule is 2:30-6:30 pm, M/W/Th/F + 12-4 pm Tues, total of 20 hours. 3 days per week with only 9 year old; 2 days per week with both girls.
