Two families, looking for after school support for two 3 year old buddies.

Looking for engaged playfulness, someone who can make sure the girls are fed and hydrated, intervene for any fighting, and initiate games/crafts/cleanup. Heating up easy dinner would be helpful, but both moms are usually working from home and can help.

Two kiddos are neighbors and friends, hoping to have some days at each house. Communication and payment from two families, working cooperatively for childcare.
