We are a family of three looking for a new sitter for our 3 1/2 year old. We're hoping for someone may be around and babysitting occasionally for a while. I work from home, but regularly need extra childcare support even when I am home.

Ideally, we're looking for someone to have engaged play and make sure kiddo stays hydrated, wears sunscreen, and uses the restroom. Our neighborhood has pools and playground, and we have a water table and loads of activities at home.
