We are a family of three looking for a new sitter for our 3 1/2 year old. We’ve had the same two sitters for a few years and are hoping to find another sitter who may be around and babysitting occasionally for while. I work from home and have some flexibility, but regularly need extra childcare support even when I am home.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to have engaged play and make sure kiddo is hydrated and sun screened and remembers to use the restroom. Our neighborhood has playground and pool a very short walk, and we have a water table and loads of activities at home. Library, museum, splash-pad, etc adventures are fun options too.
