Looking for a sitter twice a week!

We’re a family four, Mom works from home and Dad works in the city. We have a daughter who is 3 and our son is 8 months.
We’re looking for a sitter to come and watch our 8 month old on Wednesdays and Fridays when we don’t have coverage.
We’d love a sitter who also speaks Spanish (mom’s first language) but not a requirement. Our grandmother also lives with us in the house.
