Date night sitter for a 4 yr old boy

Our names are Lina and Jonathan. Our son Jacob is 4. We're looking to establish a monthly date night. Probably increasing to bi-weekly.
Sitter would need to be comfortable to help Jacob brush his teeth, read a few books, he'll go to bed thereafter. From there would need sitter to be in living room incase he wakes up, which is extremely rare.
This will most likely be 7-12
