We are two parents running a family business, a three year-old boy, and two grandparents who can take care of themselves but do not have the energy, attentiveness or language proficiency to properly take care of our little one.
Ensure our son is engaged so that he can learn, grow, and explore in a safe and positive environment where there is always someone paying attention and capable of handling emergency situations. Our ideal candidate has the energy to keep up with an excited preschooler and the gentle warmth and patience to help him explore music, art, and reading at his pace. Experience with toilet training a huge plus as we're still working on that.
Mom and dad run a small business that has us onsite most weekends, so we need someone to be at home with the little one and grandparents to ensure everyone is safe and cared for. The grandparents only speak Chinese so Mandarin speakers will get priority.
