Hi, my family consists of my wife (Aritana) who takes care of the baby during the day, myself (Mike), and our baby (Currently 10+ months old). We need a babysitter because my wife needs a break in the evenings and I am often working (including a couple of nights working remotely from home).
We need a babysitter to engage in educational play, regular play, prepare food for the baby and feed her, change diapers, bathe her, and prep her for sleep. She is actually a generally easy baby. She doesn't really tantrum, she eats fairly well (although sometimes she won't be super interested). Her only issue is sometimes she doesn't love going to sleep.
