We have relocated to western new york. Both my wife and I work full time. My wife works remote at times but also is traveling quite frequently around the USA. We have two boys who are 6 & 5.
We are typically looking for an individual who will be available to receive the kids off the bus and take care of them until one of us comes home/finishes work. Getting them snacks ready for when they get home will most likely be a thing.
Youngest child has a peanut allergy so being careful about what he eats is key. All food or snacks in our house will be peanut free. It is very highly unlikely you will ever have to administer an epi pen (We haven't in 4years) but you must be willing to if needed. Discussions on how to administer will happen.
