We have two daughters, one is 3.5 and one is almost 2. We both work full time, and generally someone will be home but working from home, but occasionally we will not be home. We have a large dog, but we generally send him to his own daycare while we are not home. However, we would want someone comfortable with dogs.
They both attend different schools, so we need someone who is comfortable going to pick each of them up, and entertain the 3.5 year old before picking the almost 2 year old up at daycare. Then we need someone to feed the kids dinner while we are working. We will have dinner ready to be heated up.
We also have scheduled the 3.5 year old to have OT right after school, so that adds to the schedule a good amount. We would also be willing to provide more hours if a sitter wanted to do some laundry/light housework, but that is not necessary for the position.
