I'm in NYC for a couple days and brought my 11 year old. He's an easy, well-behaved kid, with no special needs or allergies. But I have two full work days on Wednesday and Thursday and that's too long for him to be alone. I'd like to find someone who is comfortable picking him up in Brooklyn each morning, and is flexible about the drop off (will be between 5 and 7 in the evening but either near my work in Manhattan, or back at friends' home in Brooklyn). In addition to the hourly, I'll cover both your expenses for the day-food, whatever fun/activities you end up doing (food, movies, museums, Broadway matinee etc.) He's not completely new to NY- was born here. Is easy-going- loves dumplings, sports, musicals and pretty much whatever. Just want you both to have fun, and open to your ideas about the itinerary. Full day, no need to make it all intense. And will be available by text for anything that comes up!
