The sitter prepares meals and snacks, engages the children in activities, and ensures safe play. The sitter manages a nanny share, coordinating care with another family. At bedtime, the sitter helps establish a calming routine and ensures the children settle down for the night. Reliable communication and a nurturing attitude are essential. Experience with toddlers is preferred.
