We are a family of 4 plus a sweet black lab mix. Our 8 year old daughter and 10 year old son attend school in Cobble Hill and Park Slope respectively. Our home is in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
We need a caregiver who can pick our kids up from school, take them to their after school activities and then home, and oversee homework, chores, and piano practice while making sure they are safe and engaged. Because the kids attend different schools and have lots of activities, we will work with the caregiver to create a plan to ensure the kids make it where they need to go. We need a caregiver who is organized, flexible, and steady while maintaining a sense of humor.
We need care M-F 3PM - 6:30/7PM. We are flexible on the end of that time frame. We prefer someone who can commit to the remainder of the school year. We can offer additional hours on school holidays and occasional date nights if the caregiver is interested. The job could extend into the summer until mid-July and we would be thrilled to pick back up in the fall with the same caregiver.
