Part Time sitter for two energetic boys

I gave two boys 9 & 3. My 3 year old is developmentally delayed. Both kids are in school.
Responsibilities would mainly be getting ready for bed, meal time, preparing for the next day& evening play
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Special needs experience
