We are a family of 4 - mom & dad, River is 6 and Rumi is almost 2. River is autistic - she is non-verbal - but very intelligent and active! She needs someone who can keep her active and engaged, and to play with her. She is mostly potty trained but needs reminders to go pee, and we are still working on making BMs in the potty.
Looking for a sitter to keep River engaged in activities and take her to the playground for a few hours during the days school is out, give her snacks and lunch, and keep her on schedule for using the potty.
We are currently looking for coverage for a few hours from 9 - 3 only on the days school is out (i.e. school holidays and breaks), and with flexibility as to the actual hours. If all works out well, and as our son gets more comfortable with the sitter, we may also need a sitter for both kids for the occasional date night!
