Energetic 6 month old needing care for date nights

We have a 6 month old little girl. We’re a 30 something couple looking for a sitter for date nights and breaks. We work as healthcare workers.
Feed the baby breast milk, jar food, and sometimes formula. Must change diapers, read to baby and watch her because she’s a mover and shaker.
In the Bronx, occasional weekends and week nights
