We’re the Istrice-Cole’s family of 3 with one on the way. We’re easy-going people tolerant to much. My Fiancé and I work. Me full time my fiancé has an on call schedule and we occasionally need childcare whenever I work and she gets called in.
I need someone to watch my son and keep him safe, relatively happy and fed.
Either me or my fiancé will be home for bedtime always so our sitter won’t have to do bedtime for us. Largely there is the unpredictability of the on-call schedule at times my fiancé will get called in with only 5 to 6 hours of notice.
